Terms of Service
Last updated 20 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Dibaw. By creating an account or using the service you accept them, so it is worth the five minutes.
What Dibaw is
Dibaw is a hosted booking and funnel system. It gives you a workspace for your offer, follow-up scripts, tasks, calendar, and lead records, and it publishes the funnel pages you build to your own subdomain.dibaw.com address. We add and change features over time.
Your account
You need an account to use the dashboard, and you must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. Give accurate details, keep your password and your Google sign-in secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you.
Your content stays yours
You keep every right you already have in what you put into Dibaw — your copy, your branding, your pages, your lead records. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store, process, back up, and display that content to you, and to serve your published pages to the visitors you send to them. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
How you may use it
You agree not to:
- Use Dibaw to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to contact people in breach of the marketing, privacy, or anti-spam laws that apply to them.
- Upload or publish anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or designed to impersonate another person or business.
- Publish pages that misrepresent an offer, fake testimonials or results, or collect payment or credentials under false pretences.
- Probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to another workspace.
- Resell or white-label Dibaw as your own product without our written agreement.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold the lead details you enter, and for honouring opt-outs and access requests from those people. See the Privacy Policy for how that responsibility is divided.
Subdomains and published pages
Your workspace gets an address on dibaw.com. It is a licence, not property: we may reclaim a subdomain that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, is used to break these terms, or has been dormant on a closed account. We may take down a published page that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.
Availability
We work to keep Dibaw up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. There is no service level agreement on the current plans. We may change, suspend, or retire features; for anything that would break how you work, we will give reasonable notice.
Fees
Dibaw is currently provided free of charge while the service is in early access. If we introduce paid plans, the price, billing cycle, and renewal terms shown at the point of purchase will apply, and we will give you notice and a choice before any charge is made to you.
Ending it
You can stop using Dibaw at any time and delete your account from Settings, which removes your workspace content as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that creates a legal or security risk — where the circumstances allow it, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right, and we will give you an opportunity to export your content.
No warranty
Dibaw is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the service — including that it will be error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. The scores, recommendations, and generated copy in the product are suggestions, not professional, legal, or financial advice, and the results you get from your funnel are your own.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred euros. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page changes with them, and for material changes we will notify you in the product or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Dibaw after that means you accept the new version; if you do not, close your account.
